Medical Equipment Rentals: Security Deposit and Payment Policy
At Healthy Jeena Sikho, we provide a wide range of medical equipment on rent to ensure that patients receive the best care in the comfort of their homes. To facilitate this, we have a simple and transparent rental and payment process, designed to ensure a smooth experience for both parties.
Rent for the Medical Equipment
Along with the security deposit, the agreed-upon rental amount for the equipment must be paid upfront. This covers the usage of the equipment for the specified rental duration.
Security Deposit for the Medical Equipment
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of renting the equipment. The amount of this deposit is different depending on the medical equipment.
This security deposit is fully refundable when the equipment is returned in good condition and picked up by our team.
- Manual Hospital Bed: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 10,000
- Electric Hospital Bed: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 20,000
- Paramount Hospital Bed: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 50,000
- Electric Wheelchair: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 20,000
- Manual Wheelchair: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 3,000
- Stair Climbing Wheelchair: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 30,000
- Oxygen Concentrator: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 25,000
- BiPAP Machine: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 10,000
- Oxygen Cylinder: The security deposit for renting a hospital bed is Rs. 10,000
This security deposit is fully refundable when the equipment is returned in good condition and picked up by our team.
How to Make the Payment for Security Deposit?
The security deposit can be made through:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Bank to Bank Transfer
- UPI Transaction - Paytm, Phonepe, Googlepay
Transportation Cost
There is an additional charge for transportation, which covers both the delivery and pick-up of the equipment from your location. This cost is calculated based on the distance and location of the delivery.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in 100% Advance or Against Delivery.
- Late Fee Charges: A late fee of Rs 100 per day will be applied if the payment is not received by the invoice due date.
- Unpaid Invoices: If an invoice remains unpaid for 10 days, we will deposit the security cheque provided.
- Official Communication: All official communication will be conducted via WhatsApp at +917696660374 (Healthy Jeena Sikho).
- Jurisdiction: All transactions are subject to Mohali (Punjab) jurisdiction.
- Returnable Basis: All rented items are provided on a returnable basis and must be returned in good condition.
- Non-Refundable Rent: The rental amount is 100% NON-Refundable.
- Rented Items Cannot Be Sold: Rented equipment will not be sold under any circumstances.
- There is an additional charge for transportation, which covers both the delivery and pick-up of the equipment from your location.
- This cost is calculated based on the distance and location of the delivery.
