Refund Policy
It is understood that user has fully understood product, pricing and its use before placing order and also consulted our experts for fitment of the product for the needs. Even then, if a user wishes to place order and pays, but later retracts on the product. Under such cases, following would be applicable.
a. If the Order has been processed (for standard product), before shipment, 100% refund would be processed.
b. If the Order has been processed - for custom product, before shipment, 50% refund Only would be processed. After shipment, no refunds would be made, since product has been specifically made to requirement.
c. If the Order has been shipped - standard product - after shipment, deductions would be made for the both-side delivery charges, before processing refunds plus administrative charges of Rs 500 would be imposed.
Refund would be processed within 2 days of the after the material is received back in same condition, as it was given in, in fully working condition.
Return Policy
We do accept product returns based on the defect and in rare case, based on the product fitment issues at the customer premises, after taking the fee for the transport, return and demo charges.
We do accommodate request for product exchange in case of defect or fitment issues, this is done with charges for additional transport.
Restocking Fee is defined as a fixed Rs 2000 for returns / exchange, to cover for the manpower and transport cost, including wear and tear of the product.
Return / Exchange window is defined as 2 days from the receipt of goods. After this period this is understood the product / goods are in good working condition and serving the inteded use for the customer.
